Kerry
Founder & Head Coach
Kerry is the founder of KFL FIT and the driving force behind the brand’s growth and results-driven reputation.
With nearly a decade in the fitness industry and a first-class honours degree in Fitness & Personal Training, Kerry combines education with real-world coaching experience. She is also a qualified sports therapist, giving her a deep understanding of movement, injury prevention, and performance.
From growing up immersed in sport to building a global online coaching business, Kerry has always believed that strength changes more than just your body. Her coaching focuses on structured fat loss, sustainable habits, and helping women build confidence that lasts beyond a “before and after.”
Kerry leads the overall KFL FIT method, mentors the coaching team, and works closely with clients who are ready to commit to long-term change, not quick fixes.
Alice
Coach
Alice brings lived experience, elite performance, and powerful relatability to the KFL FIT team.
After losing over 40kg through online coaching herself, Alice understands first-hand the physical and mental shifts required to transform your body and confidence. Her journey is proof that sustainable fat loss and strength are possible with the right structure and support.
Alongside coaching, Alice competes at a high level across multiple fitness disciplines and is a Hyrox Pro athlete. She combines performance-driven training with a structured, disciplined approach to help clients push past perceived limits.
Alice works closely with women who want to build strength, improve body composition, and level up their fitness without extremes.


Kate
Coach
Kate is a transformation coach who blends discipline, balance, and performance into her coaching style.
With a background in high-level sport and swimming, Kate understands what it takes to combine structure with sustainability. Having undergone her own body transformation, she knows that long-term results come from consistency, not restriction.
She specialises in body recomposition, photoshoot preparation, and helping women build a lean, strong physique while maintaining real life.
Kate supports clients in creating structure around busy schedules, guiding them to develop confidence, strength, and a mindset built for long-term success.
Jan
Coach
Jan supports women who feel stretched, overwhelmed, and unsure where to begin.
As a single mum who worked in a demanding corporate role, Jan knows exactly what it feels like to have no time, low energy, and a never-ending to-do list. After years of yo-yo dieting and struggling with confidence post-baby, she rebuilt her strength and mindset through structured online coaching.
Now, she helps busy women cut through the noise, build routines that fit their life, and create lasting change without starting over every Monday.
Jan’s coaching style is practical, supportive, and grounded in real life, helping women become stronger both physically and mentally.
